What is included in the complete price?
Your selected system with its original faucet, compatibility assessment, standard installation, and welcome kit: tote, personalized Owala bottle, embroidered towel, and two additional filters. Taxes are included. The final scope is confirmed in writing.
What is the difference between X12 and X16?
Rated capacity: 1,200 GPD for X12 and 1,600 GPD for X16. Both offer reverse osmosis, remineralization, and a smart faucet. Higher capacity alone does not mean safer water; the choice depends on your use and preferences.
What do you check before installation?
Under-sink space, potable water supply, drainage, an electrical outlet, and faucet location. We also review drilling needs or building approvals. Any additional adaptations are agreed before work begins.
When should the included filters be replaced?
Two additional cartridges are included; their exact references and coverage are confirmed in writing. Timing depends on use and manufacturer limits. This gift does not mean unlimited filters or all future maintenance visits.
What happens after installation?
We explain operation, provide the system documentation, and follow up. We help with questions and maintenance reminders. Warranty, replacement parts, and future service visit terms are detailed in your proposal.
When and how do I pay?
Payment methods and timing are confirmed with you before the visit and written into your proposal. Nothing is charged on this website.
Does the system treat all the water in my home?
X12 and X16 are designed for drinking water in the kitchen through their dedicated faucet. They are not whole-home water softeners or systems for every tap.
